Historical Introduction
1880 y․

It was destroyed in the 1880s: “...they pulled it down several years ago and used its stones in the construction of some shops.”

The base of the church (exterior dimensions: 15 x 11.5 metres) and its “semi-circular apse” could still be seen in 1890.
