The village site of Tsekhia is situated in the north of Khando.

It is mentioned in the available written sources beginning with 1595 as having 5 houses and paying 14,000 akches to the state.

1705 — 1719 yy․

In the days of Village Head Ismayil (between 1705 and 1706), Tsekhia paid 5,500 akches. Between 1717 and 1718, when the village was governed by Habibi, this state tax grew to 7,000, but during the rule of Village Head Abdullah’s son Ibrahim (1718 to 1719), it was reduced to 4,000.
