In 1874 Shushan Ketkhudiants-Abesalomiants, Mayor Soghomon Abesalomiants’ mother, found repose in the cemetery of Sourb Nshan. Her tombstone bears a white marble slab with a 10-line inscription which is in a semi-distorted state:
